João Martin is a Brazilian architect with 20 years of experience. In addition to leading Martin Arquitetura (a reference firm in residential architecture), he also owns a construction company that has delivered over 41 high-end houses, with exposed concrete as the main feature.
He has been hired to provide consulting services for major companies across Brazil and the United States. João has been working with exposed concrete for over 10 years and developed his own technique, which has made him a recognized expert in the field.
